Is “Next Day Delivery” guaranteed ?

The courier’s goal is to delivery parcels next day, but it is not something they can guarantee 100%. Occasionally couriers come across unforeseen situations and your parcel may be delivered later than expected. You can track you  parcel on DPD’s app or email and and we’ll send you an update.

Are all items from your website in stock?

No. Our website shows what we keep in stock and in what quantities. The system is accurate but we cannot guarantee 100%.

We’ll contact you, if there is an issue with your order. You can cancel the order or order an alternative products.

What does  “Dispatch 1-3 Days” mean?

Items that we do not stock when ordered are sent to us by our trusted suppliers and the website shows estimated time of dispatch from us to you.

Ever since the start of the pandemic till now there have been supplies shortages, so it may happen that the item you ordered is out of stock for a longer period of time.

If this happens, we’ll contact you asap and advise. You can cancel the order if the lead time is too long.

Can you quote a project?

Yes. Please use our “add to quote” feature to add all the items you need. Additionally please send product codes and quantities of any products we do not keep on our website.

    Delivery Policy
    Free Next-Day Delivery Over £75 + VAT:
    Orders above £75 + VAT qualify for free next-day delivery via DPD for in-stock items. While we strive for timely dispatch, we recommend placing orders early to avoid potential delays. Once dispatched, unexpected issues may arise despite the courier’s efforts.

    Orders Below £150 + VAT:
    To keep costs manageable, we dispatch your order once all items are ready, including products with longer lead times.

    Need items faster? You can pay for an additional delivery service to receive in-stock items sooner. Simply email us with your order details, and we’ll send you a payment link for the extra delivery cost.

    Orders Above £150 + VAT:
    For larger orders, we can split delivery at no extra cost. In-stock items will be sent immediately, with the remaining items dispatched once available.
    Dispatch Times
    Items with Lead Times (e.g., 1–3 Working Days):
    This means we need to source the product from our supplier before sending it to you. The estimated dispatch time is displayed on each product page.

    Out of Stock at Supplier:
    If an item is unavailable at the supplier, we will contact you promptly. You’ll have the option to choose an alternative product or request a full refund.
